Dear Parish Family,
This is a very important notification. Please read it and spread the word as you deem necessary.
The spouse of one of our parish volunteers has recently tested positive for COVID-19. While the spouse has not been present at our Church, this volunteer was last present within our building on Nov. 22.
The family is now in fourteen days of isolation. The volunteer and the rest of the family were tested today (Saturday, November 28) and they expects results on Monday.
Once we hear about the results we will notify you with an update to keep you informed.
We have spoken with the Archdiocese about the situation, and we are permitted to continue celebrating the Mass and the sacraments. We will continue to maintain all the COVID-19 precautions and safety practices which have already been in place.
With this information, please feel free to refrain from coming into the church building, or from receiving Holy Communion if you feel unsafe doing so. The Sunday Obligation is still lifted within the Archdiocese, and so there is no obligation on your part to attend.
Let us keep this family in our prayers.
In Christ,
Fr. Tim
