Catechesis of the Good Shepherd Sacramental Weekend

The weekend of April 29/30 was the highlight of the formation year for four children who are being formed in faith through the weekly Catechesis of the Good Shepherd program. On Saturday April 29 Hugh, Augustine, Sarah, and Oliwia enjoyed a full day retreat with their catechists, concluding with a beautiful liturgy during which each celebrated their First Reconciliation in the company of their families. Then on Sunday morning April 30 at the 9:00 am Mass, they received Jesus for the first time in Holy Communion. The children and their families are grateful to our priests and all those in the parish who have been praying for them and the many children receiving sacraments during this Easter Season!
